How do I run the same training across multiple locations?
Yes. Assign the same generated course to teams at each location, and the manager dashboard rolls up completion per team — so a multi-location employer can see which sites are current at a glance. It's the same mechanism dental groups use across every DSO location and hotel groups use to onboard staff property by property, with deadlines and passing scores set once and tracked site by site.
How it works in Cognitivv
- Build the course once. Generate it from a topic or a document — modules, lessons, quizzes, and a final exam — the same way as any Cognitivv course.
- Set up each location as a team. Create a team for each site — a practice, a hotel property, a store — so the same course can be assigned to each one independently.
- Assign with per-site deadlines and passing scores. Push the course to each location's team with its own deadline and passing score, or apply the same settings across all of them.
- Track completion by site. The manager dashboard rolls up completion per team, so you can see which locations are current and which are falling behind.
- Certify automatically, everywhere. Certificates are issued the same way at every location — once a learner passes the assessments, no manual sign-off needed.
What it doesn't do
Cognitivv doesn't have a separate "location" object distinct from a team — a site is modeled as a team you assign the course to, so setting one up is the same workflow as assigning to any other team or role. It also doesn't auto-detect where a learner is; assigning someone to a location's team is something an admin sets up, not something Cognitivv infers automatically.
